Sapateiro Palhete 2022

A Palhete is a regulated term for wine used in Portugal to designate a red wine lighter in colour, with shorter macerations, usually made with red varieties that don't give intense colour to the juice. They can also be made with some white grapes, up to 15%.

Our Sapateiro Palhete is from the harvest of 2022 and it is done with red and white grapes varieties that are indigenous from the Vinho Verde region. It was two days in contact with the skins and has close to 13% of alcohol.

Drink it chilled, at 8º Celsius.
